THE CHALLENGE
The Tottenham remodel came with one of the broadest scopes in the Rapid Reimage program, covering the back of house, interior, and exterior, all while minimizing downtime. To keep the restaurant operating, the project was strategically phased, completing the drive-thru before moving to the dine-in area. Tight scheduling and a few trades that couldn’t keep pace with the timeline added pressure, but Archmill worked proactively to realign the plan, coordinating weekends, nights, and off-hours to stay on track.
By removing unnecessary buffer time, leveraging our in-house millwork team, and re-engaging trades with clear expectations, we delivered a complex, multi-phase build with transparency and precision. Even with typical site challenges and unforeseen conditions, the project remained on schedule, and we found opportunities for efficiency, including reusing brickwork from other Tim Hortons locations to preserve character and reduce waste.

Our solution provides minimal to no change orders—but when they do happen, we can incorporate them easily into our workback schedule due to our unique in-house organization. The design with a corporate brand requires a line of sight all the way through to final permitting.
